When you request an experience, we may collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, a photo you choose to upload, and the answers you provide in our forms.

We use this information solely to create and deliver the song or portrait you requested, and to send it to you by email and/or text message.

If you provide your mobile number, you consent to receive a text message with a link to your requested song or portrait. Message frequency is limited — typically one message per request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.
We do not share your information.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, opt-in information, or personal data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Uploaded photos are processed only to create your portrait and are not stored after your portrait is generated.
