This privacy policy and text message program are operated by Opt My Ads and cover the “A Song for Your Date” and “Portrait Moments” text message program offered to guests at Melting Borders, a restaurant client of Opt My Ads.
By using Opt My Ads' guest experiences, you agree to these terms.
The service.
We create personalized songs and portraits based on the information you provide, and deliver them by email and/or text.
SMS/Text program.
By submitting your mobile number, you consent to receive a text message containing a link to your requested song or portrait from Opt My Ads (on behalf of the participating restaurant). Message frequency is typically one message per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major US carriers.
Acceptable use.
You agree to upload only content you have the right to use and not to submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing material.
Disclaimer & liability.
The experiences are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opt My Ads is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
